Radio Grey application operates on a minimal data collection principle:

• Internet connection is used for streaming radio broadcast
• Your in-app preferences (such as volume level) are stored locally on your device
• No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected
• No user registration or account system exists

3. Data Usage

The minimal data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• Providing uninterrupted radio broadcast streaming
• Displaying currently playing track information
• Improving user experience

4. Third-Party Services

The application uses the following third-party services:

• Fastcast4u: Radio streaming infrastructure and track information
• Spotify: External links for searching tracks on Spotify (optional)
• Unsplash: Default album artwork images

These services are subject to their own privacy policies, and Radio Grey is not responsible for the data processing practices of these platforms.

5. Music Licenses and Copyright

Radio Grey holds all necessary licenses for the music content it broadcasts:

• MSG (Music Owners Group Professional Association): Music composition rights
• MÜYAP (Phonogram Producers Professional Association): Phonogram and performance rights

All broadcast content is provided under legal licensing agreements.

6. Data Security

Radio Grey implements technical and administrative security measures:

• HTTPS encrypted connection usage
• Minimal data collection principle
• Local data storage (no personal data stored on servers)

7. Your Rights Under KVKK and GDPR

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698) and GDPR, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data

Note: Since Radio Grey application does not collect personal data, most of these rights are not applicable within the scope of the application.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Radio Grey mobile application does not use cookies or tracking technologies. The web version only uses technically necessary local storage features (for remembering preferences such as volume level).

9. Children's Privacy

Radio Grey application can be used without any age restrictions. Since the application does not collect personal data, it is safe for children to use.

This privacy policy may be updated as necessary. In case of significant changes, users will be notified through in-app notifications or via the website.
